We know that Spain is one of your favorite places when you travel from Denmark. And we also know that, apart from the good weather, there is nothing better for the soul than a good Spanish tapa with a touch of Jamón Ibérico de Bellota . Therefore, now that the holiday season is over, we thought it would be a good idea to give you three easy tapas that you can make at home for a cozy evening with the family, a plan with friends, or even just for yourself.
1. Pan con Tomate y Jamón 100% Ibérico - Pata Negra
This tapa is as simple as it is delicious. Pan con tomate is a classic in Spanish cuisine, and when you add a slice of Jamón Pata Negra , it becomes an unrivaled delicacy.
Ingredients:
- Rustic bread (baguette is also a good option)
- Ripe tomatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Jamón Pata Negra – Aroma Ibérico (black foot iberico ham)
Instructions:
- Slice the bread and lightly toast it.
- Rub the ripe tomatoes on the bread until it is well saturated.
- Drizzle a little olive oil and add a pinch of salt.
- Place a slice of Jamón Aroma Ibérico de Bellota - Pata Negra on each slice and enjoy!
2. Huevos Rotos con Jamón 50% Ibérico de Bellota
Huevos rotos are a perfect tapa for sharing. The combination of eggs and Jamón 50% ibérico de bellota (Spanish iberico bellota ham) is simply irresistible.
Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 4 eggs
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Jamón Aroma Ibérico - Jamón 50% Ibérico de Bellota
Instructions:
- Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Fry them in olive oil until golden and crispy.
- Fry the eggs in a pan with a little oil, making sure the yolk remains runny.
- Place the potatoes on a plate, crack the eggs on top and mix gently.
- Add pieces of Jamón 50% ibérico de bellota on top and serve immediately.
3. Melon with Jamón Ibérico de Cebo
If it's still a little warm, what's better than a refreshing melon wrapped in a slice of Jamón ibérico de cebo (Iberian ham cebo)?
Ingredients:
Instructions:
- Cut the melon into slices or make balls using a melon baller.
- Wrap each piece of melon in a slice of Jamón ibérico de cebo.
- Serve cold as a refreshing appetizer.
