Our Guarantee

We guarantee the high quality of the products we sell.

Although we always strive to deliver the best of the best, there may be situations where a request for a refund or exchange is necessary.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so before it leaves our facility. Please contact customer service via email at hi@aromaiberico.com or send us a message from our website to initiate the cancellation process. For canceled orders, you can choose to receive store credit or have your money refunded to your original payment method.

Returns

With the exception of perishable foods, all other items can be returned within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, unopened, in original packaging, properly protected, and sealed, so they are not damaged during transport back to us. Returns due to change of mind will receive a partial refund after deducting all incurred costs that cannot be refunded or recovered, such as the costs of shipping the package twice and any handling fees and other service costs necessary to prepare and send your order. After our team's inspection, if the product remains in its original condition, we will initiate the process of refunding the adjusted fair amount as quickly as possible and within 30 calendar days.

In the unlikely event that one of our products is defective, it can be returned open and without the original packaging, with a reasonable amount of the product consumed to verify that it is defective. A 'reasonable amount' should not exceed 10% of the product by weight. If your product was defective for any reason, we will refund the return shipping costs.

Partial returns will receive a proportional refund of both the item costs and return shipping according to the above rules.

Our store is fully specialized in providing products to end-users in Denmark and Sweden. We are not responsible for what the recipient chooses to do or will do with the goods after receipt, including transporting the goods to a third country outside the European Union, where import may be regulated or prohibited.

Shipping-Related Claims

Any item that you find unsatisfactory due to a shipping-related issue will be exchanged or refunded upon request when you inform us of the details of the problem within 7 calendar days after receiving your order.

Please note: The items must meet the conditions stated below.

Perishable and Frozen Goods

Assuming that the ambient temperature at delivery is below 35 degrees Celsius*, we guarantee that any perishable goods you receive from Aroma Ibérico will be of high quality and in top physical condition.

*Claims on orders of perishable products when temperatures are above 35 degrees Celsius will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Quality-Related Claims

Any item that is still within its best-before date is guaranteed to be of high quality and in accordance with the description on our website until you open it or a maximum of 7 days from the receipt of your order.

Claims Procedure

Please contact customer service via email at hi@aromaiberico.com or send us a message from our website to initiate the claims process. If any of the items are damaged, please also send us clear pictures of the damaged goods.

Please let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund for your items. Depending on the product, we may ask for it to be returned for you to receive credit. Our goal is to process your return request as quickly as possible.
