Discover the unique taste of our Manchego Cheese "La Desica" , a semi-aged cheese with Denominación de Origen Protegida (DOP) , made with pasteurized milk from genuine Manchega sheep. This is the most traditional and characteristic manchego cheese from the region.
This cheese is characterized by its compact texture and its rich, acidic and full-bodied taste, enhanced by the special Manchega sheep's milk. The cheese has irregular "eyes" and an intense ivory color. La Desica is made in the traditional way with milk from its own sheep, raised and produced by Blincos SL in La Roda, Albacete.
Our Manchego Cheese is semi-ripened for 3 months to preserve the fresh and pure taste of sheep's milk , which gives the cheese a rich and pleasant taste experience. This cheese captures the essence of traditional Spanish gastronomy with its authentic taste and texture.
