Our boneless ham is available in different weights, ranging from 0.7 kg to 1.1 kg, making it ideal for easy slicing at home. It is perfect for gatherings, events, or simply to enjoy its incredible flavor on any occasion.

Exclusively fed on acorns during the Montanera season, the pigs undergo a minimum curing process of 36 months in La Alberca, a UNESCO World Heritage natural reserve. Each ham is carefully selected to ensure an exceptional gastronomic experience.

Organoleptic properties

  • Colour: Red-pink with veins of white-nacreous fat infiltration in the tissue.
  • Appearance: Uniform, solid, typical. Slightly flattened shape.
  • Appearance when cut: Uniform, veined, characteristic.
  • Texture: Homogeneous, slightly fibrous, without pastiness or softening. When pressed with the thumb, the fat layer sinks easily.
  • Smell and taste: Pleasant, characteristic.
